Why these tools?

Latin has a reputation for being “hard” – yet it is above all a remarkably systematic language: stem plus ending, clear rules, few exceptions. Our tools show exactly that system instead of drilling forms blindly. Endings are colour-separated from the stem, verb forms split into stem, tense marker and personal ending. So you can see why a form looks the way it does – and memorise less.

The forms are not guessed: they come from our own vocabulary database and are generated by rules, checked against curated data. This holds for nouns, adjectives and verbs – the irregular verbs are fully stored.
