Quick settings
What is this?
The menu (☰) opens the sidebar with three quick switches — the settings you need most, without going to the full settings page. Each switch works at once and is remembered on this device.
These switches exist
- 🎵 Auto-Play (licence only): Plays the Latin pronunciation automatically after every answer. Without a licence the switch is locked; sound is then only available in the first Unda reading text.
- 🔤 Dyslexia font: Switches the whole app to OpenDyslexic — specially shaped letters with wider spacing. For everyone who mixes letters up easily.
- 🌙 Dark Mode: Dark background, light text. Easier on the eyes in low light.
Tip
Word analysis and Only active forms used to be here; they are now in Settings → Learning Mode → “How you learn”. Everything else — language, audio, learning mode, games, reset — is in the menu under ⚙️ Settings.
For dyslexia
The dyslexia font and word analysis together take a lot of pressure off reading: letters are easier to tell apart, and every form shows its building blocks. If you learn better by listening, leave Auto-Play on.
